Good Bye, Dearest Aerys!
Our hearts are sad that our dear buddy, Aerys, has gone back to live in the Philippines. We will miss him very much indeed and hope we can keep in contact with him and his lovely family. Mrs Hill, his lovely Teacher Aide has moved to the middle school so we will still see her, thankfully! She was a ray of sunshine, always encouraging and helping everyone.

Science Experiments
Many of us had seen the Skittles experiment but had not had the opportunity to question the speed at which the colour of the Skittles would dissolve. They dissolved at a noticeably faster rate.
We decided to do a second experiment using a glass with hot water and one with water at room temperature. We placed a red coloured block of ice into each glass (these ice blocks had been frozen in a muffin container). The ice block within hot water dissolved much sooner than the one in water at room temperature, just as we had predicted!
Footsteps Dancing Classes

These are - energy, spacial awareness, time, body awareness and relationships. We are really great at moviing to the beat and following the different moves. We are all budding dance stars!
