Mr Kirkham came to teach us more about using Mindfulness to help us to relax and be calm. Sometimes when things go wrong for us we feel angry, sad, tired, grumpy and just not right. Mr Kirkham explained that if we pause for a little while and spend time breathing with a smile on our faces, it helps our brain refocus and our hearts fill up with peace. Everyone listened to and followed Mr Kirkham and we all felt good afterwards. Thank you very much for coming to Room 5, Mr Kirkham.
