Food Colour Reaction

We used baking soda and vinegar in a different way today. This time our baking soda was not dissolved in water. Instead, drops of food colour were placed on to a layer of baking soda. When vinegar was dripped down on the blobs of colour, the reaction was special - lots of fizzing and tiny bubbles!
