It was a great day for basking in the afternoon sunshine and looking closely at the trees in the Hive today. We were eager to get sketching the tree of our choice - Neccy, Terrine, Mandy and Olive. Then we labelled our tree

Alyssa and Lily were both at home and couldn't join us for our Teddy Bear's picnic so they decided to make their own. What fun they had!

Our Pauline has returned after a couple of weeks in isolation and she shared her paper bag items with us. Well spoken, Pauline!

Week 6 - Family Presentations

It has been a delight having the children introduce their families to us. They happily pointed to their various family members and gave a talk about each. Well done, everyone. You spoke so well and we learnt a lot more about you. We heard from Maddy, Kenji, Alyssa, Logan, Edison, Marcus, Darshi, Ariel, Leila, Jesse, Sepanta and Enyu.

Friday was an exciting day! We all brought our gorgeous teddies and soft toys to school and out we went after morning tea to enjoy our delicious ice blocks in the Hive! This was followed by a time of play - we spent time in the sandpit, the play house and some of us had a great time constructing with twigs and other natural objects.
