On Fridays we work in groups to solve a variety of interesting problems. These opportunities help us to practice the key competencies we need as learners. We solve the problem on our own and then we share our strategy or what we notice or wonder about the problem. The group listen to each person's strategy and decide on the best one to put forward to the rest of the class. Here the children are working on a problem relating to toys.
