Buddy Class - Sunflower Seeds

When we got together with our Buddy Class this week, Mrs Rhodes had a surprise for us. She brought two large sunflowers and showed us their seeds. She explained how they are formed and demonstrated how they dry out and explained that they provide both food and seeds.

Mrs Rhodes has gifted us one of the sunflower heads to us and we will wait a little longer before tasting the seeds and getting them to grow.
