Our Maori Kites

The children who go to ESOL classes learned how to fold kites and when they brought them back to class the rest of the children wanted to make one too. So it was taht the ESOL children helped their classmates to make their kites. They added some Maori koru and kowhaiwhai patterns and then off we went to try them out in the junior playground. Great excercise!
