Grandparent's Day

We so enjoyed having our wonderful grandparents arrive to spend time with us. Some of us couldn't have our grandparents there so we joined up with other grandparents. We played some games and made some crafts together and after that it was time to join the juniors in the courtyard to do our fold dancing. Morning tea followed and our grandparents were treated to scones and hot drinks. Then it was time to assemble in the hall for the Grandparents' assembly. Our Grace and Harvey welcomed everyone so eloquently and then we enjoyed the large selection of items that were presented by the students.

We were so proud of the Junior GATE dance children whose lovely, lively dance captivated the audience. Well done, Yiran, Indi and Kaio for your fabulous efforts. The Junior GATE drama was "The Tale of Tom Kitten" and was delightful! Katherine and Divit performed with aplomb and made us laugh.
