STEM Day - Woodworking Wonders!

Mr Rankin set the bar high when he gave our class a challenge to make extra large dominoes. This involved lots of measuring, sawing, sandpapering, painting, filing and drilling! We were all so very proud to watch the children in action as they fully focused on their tasks, as they supported each other and worked together, learning new skills and as they took all the necessary precautions to keep themselves safe. They finally managed to complete 29 dominoes to an exacting standard and these are already a prized possession in Room 5.
