Our big book for the week inspired us to bake an apple pie and so on Friday we were all set. Kaio's mum kindly helped to slice all the apples and then Mrs Shewring demonstrated how to put the pie together. We followed the instructions from a recipe and once it was baked, we enjoying eating a bowlful of delicious, juicy apples and crunchy pastry. It was a delicious dessert and so easy to make.
